Meet The Twenty-Sixth of my Miniature Worlds Collection. This little realm is only 2×3 inches of Heavy Body Acrylic on stretched canvas- and as it’s Maker, I feel the need to share its underlying impact. This tiny painting opened absolutely massive doors for me as an artist, and began an entirely new spinoff of my current works. Obviously, I’ve painted landscapes with green like every other painter out there, but I’ve never thought beyond using it WITH gold as an accent and to instead directly mix and incorporate the gold into the green of my trees. The very moment I did- paired with a soft glow from the background- it was absolute love at first sight. This landscape still stands as my personal favorite of this newest release and I will see this specific painting within every single one of my green and gold works in the future. Whomever is destined to own this little land- you will hold one of the most impactful and hopeful worlds I have created to-date. I hope it brings to you even a portion of the joy it brought me to make. It now waits for you here, in my shop with its siblings, for the soul meant to become it’s Keeper.
